Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Star Monkey Arena account and its associated data without reinstalling or accessing the game.

Submit a deletion request

Email questforged@gmail.com.
Use the subject Star Monkey Arena Account Deletion Request.
Send the request from the email connected to your account whenever possible and include your public player name.

We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. Verified requests will be processed within 7 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that will be deleted

Your authentication account and email association.
Your public player profile and player name.
Saved progression, rewards, run history, and gameplay statistics associated with the account.
Associated leaderboard records where technically and legally applicable.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Any retained information is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
